Your tasks
- Maintaining record schedule update and support the data deletion coordination
- Assisting with updating privacy notices
- Performing exit strategy reviews and testing
- Performing privacy related risk analysis
- Supporting with data breach logs and assessment
- Supporting periodic reviews of privacy risks and controls by preparing documentation and following up on actions
- Conducting legal and regulatory research on privacy and AI governance topics
- Providing administrative support for privacy and governance projects
Your knowledge/experience

Student with focus on law, compliance, or a related field

Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with communicating with different stakeholders
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to work independently with appropriate guidance
- Interested in privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. An interest in AI governance would be an added advantage
- Verbal and written communications skills in English, German language skills are an advantage
