Your tasks
- Define Process Framework: Develop and implement the structure, standards, and methodologies to manage business processes for the bank.
- Align Processes with Organisational Objectives: Ensure that all processes are in line with the bank's strategic goals.
- Maintain Business Process Landscape: Establish and maintain the bank’s overview and central repository of business processes.
- Oversee Process Impacts: Supervise the business process impact analysis and design activities conducted by business and change initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous monitoring, reporting, and improvement of process efficiencies and quality.
- Coach and Develop Staff: Mentor internal process SMEs and analysts and support their skill development.
Your knowledge/experience
- Process Management: The ability to analyse, develop, implement, monitor and improve processes using industry standard methodologies and tools.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyse complex requirements and processes, identify challenges, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Proficiency in planning, executing and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time within budget.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with process management software and tools, as well as a good understanding of the technical aspects of the processes being managed.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and latest information.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think long-term and align improvements with the organisation's strategic goals.
- Training and Development: Skills in coaching colleagues as a practice lead.
- Educational Background / Work Experiences: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience for a minimum of 5 years, preferably in the financial sector.
- Business Analysis and Process Modelling: Experience in business analysis, process modelling and implementation with knowledge of BPMN or equivalent.
- Project Delivery: Experience in project delivery.
- Banking Operations Knowledge: Knowledge of basic banking operations, including applicable regulations and legislation within the EU region is a strong plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
