Your tasks
- Act as a source of technical expertise to mitigate risk potential and ensure that systems and processes are fit for purpose
- Continuously improve available reporting and analytical capabilities to independently realize efficiency gains
- Analyze and evaluate a wide range of information to produce meaningful analyses, recommendations, and advice to influence decisions in key business areas
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Plan and support approved projects regarding risk-related issues with the goal of continuous improvement
- Advise employees on best practices in areas such as acquisition, exception handling, or referred cases
Your knowledge/experience
- Recognized Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on mathematics
- Previous professional experience in a comparable position in the financial sector
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of credit risk-related regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge of information analysis and interpretation (Excel, SAS, SQL, R, R, PYTHON)
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
