Your tasks
Project and Process Management
- Support project activities (e.g. system updates, migrations, releases), including testing and validation
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on payment processes
- Coordinate system changes with IT change and incident management
- Optimize and automate payment processes
- Ensure smooth and compliant payment processing
- Monitor timely and complete execution of payment transactions
- Support risk management activities and internal/external audits
- Coordinate with external service providers
Data & Reporting
- Analyze payment and account data to improve processes
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance
- Prepare reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders
Business as Usual (BAU)
- Support daily operations in the payments area
Your knowledge/experience
- Completed degree in business administration (or comparable qualification)

Minimum 3 years of experience in payments operations and in projects/product management within the financial services sector

Very good English skills; German/Dutch is a plus

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

Hands-on mentality, high level of motivation, and flexibility

Strong team player with excellent communication skills across all levels

Ability to engage and motivate stakeholders for change

Strong process understanding and analytical skills

Experience with core banking systems and payment processes

Good knowledge of payment systems (e.g. SEPA, TARGET)

Proficient in MS Office and experienced with BI/data tools
