Your tasks
-
Contribute to day-to-day IT governance and compliance activities, helping to ensure effective and compliant
operations. -
Assist the implementation and maintenance of IT processes.

Support the maintenance of the bank's technology risk management framework, including the execution of control
assessments and supplier assurance reviews. -
Coordinate and contribute to internal and external technology audits.

Monitor and facilitate the compliant implementation of new IT systems.

Implement, administrate, and continuous improvement of the bank's Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
platform. This includes:
- Configure and maintain assessments, workflows, reports, and dashboards aligned with business
requirements.
- Support platform integrations, documentation and user training
- Identify and recommend process improvements and platform best practices.
- Perform day-to-day application management activities, including incident and service request management
Your knowledge/experience
-
Completed vocational training in IT. Alternatively Bachelor degree in IT, business or a related field

Basic understanding of IT governance, risk and compliance principles

Initial experience in IT, auditing, information security, or compliance is an advantage

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work

Experience with OneTrust or other GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus

Excellent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
