Your tasks
- Lead the delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring timely execution across internal and external teams.
- Manage third-party suppliers and maintain performance oversight.
- Coordinate integration points across Technology Delivery teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Drive project scope and timelines based on strategic IT requirements and delivery backlogs.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and impediments to ensure smooth execution.
- Coach teams in agile practices, fostering collaboration and self-organization.
- Ensure compliance with Lloyds Bank GmbH frameworks, including regulatory and operational standards.
- Maintain financial oversight and support Steering Committees for key delivery initiatives.
Your knowledge/experience
- Recognised university degree and minimum 5 years of experience in IT delivery or project management, ideally in a regulated or multinational environment.
- Proven track record in driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT solutions; experience in cloud transformation, architecture, and IT security is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT delivery lifecycles and project management methodologies.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models, and tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Capable of inspiring change, innovation, teamwork, and effective decision-making.
- Skilled in managing external suppliers and senior stakeholders across complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
