Your tasks
-
Credit Analysis & Transaction Support:
Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis of corporate clients, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate approvals with Relationship Management, Risk, Legal, and Product teams. -
Portfolio Oversight & Data Quality:
Monitor exposures, financial performance, covenants, and collateral. Support periodic credit reviews and MI reporting, ensuring compliance with EBA Loan Origination & Monitoring Guidelines. -
Processes & Tools:
Help implement credit systems, workflows, and data controls. Contribute to financial models and dashboards for automation and portfolio analytics. -
Collaboration & Governance:
Work closely with 1st and 2nd Line teams to deliver high-quality credit outcomes while ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standards. -
New Product Development:
Assist in planning and delivering new banking products and embedding credit procedures into the Bank’s risk framework.
Your knowledge/experience
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications (CFA, CEFA) are a plus.
- Several years of experience in Corporate or Institutional Banking, with expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of lending and Trade Finance structures, documentation, and covenant frameworks.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; Python or SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with credit systems (Moody’s Risk Analyst, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ) and regulatory guidelines (EBA, MaRisk).
- Excellent English skills; German or Dutch is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- High level of ownership, precision, and ability to deliver under pressure.
