Your tasks

  • Credit Analysis & Transaction Support:
    Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis of corporate clients, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate approvals with Relationship Management, Risk, Legal, and Product teams.

  • Portfolio Oversight & Data Quality:
    Monitor exposures, financial performance, covenants, and collateral. Support periodic credit reviews and MI reporting, ensuring compliance with EBA Loan Origination & Monitoring Guidelines.

  • Processes & Tools:
    Help implement credit systems, workflows, and data controls. Contribute to financial models and dashboards for automation and portfolio analytics.

  • Collaboration & Governance:
    Work closely with 1st and 2nd Line teams to deliver high-quality credit outcomes while ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standards.

  • New Product Development:
    Assist in planning and delivering new banking products and embedding credit procedures into the Bank’s risk framework.

Your knowledge/experience

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications (CFA, CEFA) are a plus.
  • Several years of experience in Corporate or Institutional Banking, with expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of lending and Trade Finance structures, documentation, and covenant frameworks.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; Python or SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with credit systems (Moody’s Risk Analyst, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ) and regulatory guidelines (EBA, MaRisk).
  • Excellent English skills; German or Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • High level of ownership, precision, and ability to deliver under pressure.
