Your tasks:

  • Develop and maintain the Operational Resilience and Operational Risk framework and requirements
  • Ongoing assessment of legal and regulatory changes around Operational Risk Operational Resilience and Operational Risk (MaRisk AT 7.3 and AT4 / BTR 4, BAIT:10 and the new compliance obligation Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)) and adaptation of local processes and policies to these
  • Point of contact for definition of policies and procedures with Operational Resilience and Operational Risk relevance in close cooperation with the Lloyds Banking Group
  • Design and execute processes and procedures, regular training and awareness campaigns
  • Provide support and advice to departments regarding Operational Resilience and Operational Risk
  • Design, maintain and issue regular and ad hoc Operational Resilience and Operational Risk reporting
  • Conduct continuous risk management, including control execution and test activities
  • Assess existing as well as new 3rd party suppliers from Operational Resilience and Operational Risk perspective

Your knowledge/experience

  • Recognised Master degree in economics/ business law or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Stakeholder Management
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position in the banking sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MaRisk and the new compliance obligation Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a prerequisite
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and in writing. German is a plus.
  • Very good presentation skills
