Your tasks

  • Producing responsive client-side website applications with ReactJS (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) based on given prototype or design
  • Take full ownership of technology stack, software design, implementation, testing and documentation of new frontend projects and existing web applications
  • Close exchange with backend engineers and support for interface conception and implementation

Your knowledge/experience

  • Skills with:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and ReactJS development framework
    • Set up and configuration of frontend projects, e.g. with Webpack, Babel
    • JavaScript runtime environment and package management, e.g. with Node.js, npm
    • Test frameworks, e.g. JUnit
    • JIRA and Confluence
  • The following skills are a strong plus:
    • Object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java
    • Development of Content Management Systems, e.g. Magnolia
    • Building APIs and micro services, e.g. REST, Spring Boot/Cloud
    • Relational databases and JPA
    • Eclipse, IntelliJ, Git or GitLab development environments
    • Build automation technologies, e.g. Gradle, Maven or Jenkins
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent work experience, in IT or the financial sector
  • Proven experience in producing quality code deliverables
  • Experienced in working in a SCRUM development team
  • Fluency in English, German a strong plus
