Your tasks
- Manage a team of outsourcing professionals and develop colleagues through feedback and coaching
- Perform stakeholder management with colleagues of management level as primary contact of the Head of Legal & Compliance
- Oversee and Monitor the (ICT) third party service providers in relation to DORA requirements chapter 5, MaRisk and EBA Guidelines
- Develop, implement and maintain the outsourcing framework (policy, procedures and tools)
- Act as a source of professional expertise to evaluate, review, investigate, challenge and mitigate the potential for outsourcing risk in the business
- Ensure Compliance with relevant Group policies as per policy embedding
- Conduct regular and ad hoc monitoring activities to achieve policy compliance
- Coordinate the outsourcing risk analyses.
- Maintain full documentation of the bank’s outsourcings and ensure central oversight of the outsourcing portfoli
- Report risks, issues and control weaknesses to the Management Board
- Act as appointed Outsourcing Officer for the bank
- Manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders effectively
Your knowledge/experience
- Recognized Master degree in economics/ law or equivalent
- Profound knowledge of common standards and regulations (e.g. DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, Guidance on outsourcing to cloud service providers , ISO27XXX, ITIL, EBA Guidelines for Outsourcing)
- In-depth understanding of vendor risk management practices and framework
- Several years professional experience in a comparable risk/ compliance function within the financial industry or a related advisory or audit role
- Excellent experience of risk related regulatory requirements
- Good information analysis and interpretation skills
- Ability to lead a team, including capacity management, development of colleagues, performance management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
